GCC/Offers/Managed Capability Pod
Rung 02 · Scale

Managed Capability Pod.

A dedicated, led team where you own the roadmap and we own the people, the delivery, and the retention risk. The durable, recurring core of your India presence — without the overhead of running it.

The operating model

You own the what. We own the how.

You set the roadmap, priorities, and standards. We handle hiring, ramp, delivery management, retention, and continuity. The result is a team that feels like yours — directed by you — but whose operational risk sits with us.

It's the rung most clients stay on. There's no forced path to a captive; a well-run Pod is a perfectly good end state on its own.

Six pod archetypes

Shaped to the work, not a template.

Every pod is configured for a job. These are the six shapes we build most often for healthcare firms.

Product Pod

Full-stack feature delivery on your product roadmap, embedded in your sprint cadence.

RCM / Workflow Pod

Revenue-cycle and clinical-workflow build and ops — the deep healthcare wedge.

Data & AI Pod

Data engineering, pipelines, RAG, and agentic workflows — built AI-ready.

Ops Pod

Run-the-business operations, support, and back-office throughput at offshore economics.

Platform Pod

Infrastructure, DevOps, and reliability — the foundation under everything else.

Blended Pod

A mix of the above, sized to a roadmap that crosses functions.

Retention & continuity

The risk that sinks captives — carried by us.

Attrition is what quietly destroys offshore value. Knowledge walks out the door and velocity craters. With a Pod, retention is our problem: our culture keeps people, and a backfill SLA guarantees continuity when someone does move on.

That same retention culture is what makes a later BOT transfer survivable — the team that moves to your captive is a team that stayed.

Backfill SLA

If a pod member leaves, we backfill to an agreed timeline and absorb the ramp — so your roadmap doesn't take the hit.

Governance scorecard

A standing scorecard on delivery, quality, and team health keeps the Pod transparent without adding management load on your side.

FAQ

Running a Pod, answered.

Do we have to commit to a captive eventually?
No. There is no forced escalation. Many clients run a Managed Pod indefinitely. BOT is available when and if ownership makes strategic sense — never as a contractual trapdoor.
What happens if someone on our pod leaves?
We backfill to an agreed SLA and absorb the ramp cost. Retention is our risk to carry, and our culture is built to keep people in the first place.
Can we direct the team day to day?
Yes — you own the roadmap and priorities. We provide the delivery lead, governance, and people operations so direction is all you have to give.
How fast can a pod reach steady state?
Weeks, not months — because hiring, onboarding, and environment setup are our standing capability, not a project we spin up from scratch each time.
